MarOS Update: ChatGPT-Oss and QoL Fixes

Patch Notes:

• Streamlined Ollama management. Models can now be downloaded directly from the MarOs App.
• MarOs now works with Ollama servers running on your local network. You can now connect to any Ollama server on your local network from the settings menu.
• MarOs now checks Ollama server status and informs you if something is wrong.
• Fixed some issues with calling inference while selecting different chat histories.
• General Bug fixes.
